Deposits: A $100 non-refundable per person deposit is due at the time of reservation.
Second Deposits: A second non-refundable deposit of $100 USD per person for land tours or $200 USD per person for land/cruise vacations is required 150 days prior to departure. The second deposit for Alaska packages and all European packages is required 180 days prior to departure.
Final Payment: Final payment is due at Your Man Tours, Inc. 90 days prior to departure.
Forms of Payment: Deposits - Personal check or Discover/Visa/MasterCard only. Final Payment - Personal check, money order, or bank check.
Travel Documents: All travel documents will be mailed approximately 3 weeks prior to departure provided payment in full has been received.
Changes: All changes must be made in writing and may affect the tour price.
Cancellation: After final payment there will be no refund. A Tour Protection Plan and Air Protection Plan are available.
Baggage: Each passenger is allowed 50 pounds of luggage to be contained in a single suitcase plus one carry-on. Please check with your airline regarding checked baggage policies and fees. Extended European vacations 17 days in length or more are allowed one additional piece of luggage per passenger (must comply with standard weight and size limit or may be subject to additional fees).
Double Occupancy: Means two people occupying one room.
Prices: Reflect current rates and are subject to change without notice. YMT reserves the right not to honor any published rates that it determines were erroneous due to printing, electronic or clerical error.
Hotels: Hotels listed may be replaced with hotels of equal value.
Airline Arrangements: If you purchase YMT airfare add-ons, transfers will be included. No changes can be made within 6 months prior to departure. Flight information is generally available 30 days prior to departure.
Independent Airline Arrangements: If you elect to make your own airline arrangements, transfers are not included. Airline tickets to and from departure/return city should not be purchased until you receive your “deposit received letter.” This will enable you to make proper flight arrangements. We strongly encourage you to purchase airline tickets that are changeable. Many tickets purchased on internet websites are non-refundable. The ability to change and fees associated with changing vary among airlines. YMT Vacations will not be responsible for airline ticket change fees (of any type) or for additional expenses which you may incur with respect to any tickets not purchased through YMT Vacations.
Important information for all international air, ground, and sea travel (including Canada and Mexico): new Homeland Security initiatives require all US citizens to present a passport or passport card at borders. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to be up to date with these new requirements, and to bring proper identification with you while on vacation. Travelers Needing Special Assistance: YMT Vacations regrets that it cannot provide individual assistance for walking, eating or other personal needs. Anyone needing assistance in this manner must be accompanied by a companion. Vacationers requiring special assistance for other than personal needs should contact YMT Vacations at the time of booking to determine what assistance may reasonably be made available.
