We had a very enjoyable tour! This is our second trip with YMT Vacations - we did go to Alaska before - and that’s why we chose to travel YMT again. We had an excellent time; our tour guide was exceptional. We will always book our tours with YMT Vacations! Very affordable, reasonable, and we got more than we thought we would ever see on our two week stay in Hawaii.

YMT was a big success on this cruise that my wife and I just returned from on Monday from Hawaii. A YMT representative met us when we got off the plane in San Diego from our Denver flight. He took us to our hotel where there were two more YMT ladies who watched out for our every need the next two days. The hotel was perfect as well. These two ladies worked with all the travelers in such a professional way, helping them plan places to go in San Diego and being very clear about our trip plans to Ensenada, Mexico on Sunday. We took their suggestions and they were excellent.We traveled by bus from our San Diego hotel to Ensenada with a great bus driver who talked a lot on the trip - very informative. When we got to Ensenada, he gave us two hours to walk around the city and have a great lunch. He then arranged for us to be the first bus to pull up to the ship (there were about 40 buses there and he worked it out with the harbor master). Very impressive.

At the end of the cruise in Honolulu, YMT was right there at the ship; they put us immediately on the bus, took our luggage and gave us a four hour city tour before taking us to the hotel. Our luggage was taken to the room and our YMT rep met us and invited us to a banquet room where we had a 30 minute update and all that was going to happen.One night our YMT rep took us in the backdoor of the Outrigger Hotel Concert Entertainment Room and said we could sit any where we wished. The room was empty and he had us seated before they opened the doors to the public...the room immediately filled up, we had great seats, and it was a super show. The next day our rep set us up with another YMT rep who took us to Polynesian Cultural Center in Honolulu from 10 in the morning until 10 at night. Great personal job.

We definitely enjoyed the cruise as did everyone we talked to, but I just had to tell you how much everyone with YMT (many other guests with YMT from other cities in addition to Denver) raved about the care you provided us for 17 days. You just need to hear the good news and congratulations. Could not have been smoother.
