This morning you will board your motorcoach for an outstanding day of sightseeing around Salt Lake City. First, a short drive high into the Okar Mountains for a visit to the largest excavation project in North America, the Kennecot Copper Mine. You will see first hand the enormous operation from the observation platform. Then enjoy an informative video of the detailed operations. Next comes quaint and beautiful Park City, located in the majestic Wasatch Mountains. Founded as a silver mining town, Park City has grown into a year round resort. You will enjoy the shopping, strolling Main Street, riding the free trolley, and visiting many historical sights.
