This morning, enjoy a half-day morning sightseeing tour of this cosmopolitan city with European cultural in uences. Whist of modern construction and dynamic activity, it has managed to preserve old traditions and charming corners. Drive along the 9 de Julio Avenue, the widest Avenue in the world, and pass by the Colon Theatre, one of the world's best known opera houses and the cultural pride of the "portenos," (as the people of Buenos Aires are called).
