Day 6

Eidfjord, Norway & Cruising Hardanderfjord (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Tin Eidfjord lives in the shadow of snowy peaks, and near stunning blue-green fjords. This scenery and its uniquely Norwegian charm earns Eidfjord a top spot among the most beautiful villages in Norway. Even though it has a population of fewer than a thousand people, scores of visitors come here each year to relax and bask in the area's natural splendor. Walking, hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing are popular. Additionally, this area is home to Europe's largest population of wild reindeer. From Eidfjord, continue your cruise down Hardangerfjord. Take in the landscape from the ship’s unique vantage point as you travel inland toward the towering mountains of the Hardangervidda National Park. Waterfalls, islands, and shoreline villages dot the journey. You will also want to keep your eyes peeled for Troll’s Tongue. Dangling more than 2,000 feet above Lake Ringedalsvatnet, this unique rock formation is one of Norway’s most famous photo opportunities.

Day 7

Alesund, Norway (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Known for its distinctive art nouveau architecture and stunning position at the entrance of the Geiranger Fjord, Alesund is a truly memorable port of call. Geiranger is one of Norway’s best-loved fjords. It is famous for the stunning Seven Sisters Falls, many of Norway’s steepest cliffs, and for inspiring the fictional kingdom of Arendelle, the breathtaking setting of Disney’s 2013 animated Frozen.

Day 8

Geiranger, Norway (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

As you cruise through what many consider to be the most beautiful fjord in the world, discover the village of Geiranger on the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Geirangerfjord. Enjoy awe-inspiring views, charming farmhouses, and spectacular waterfalls on your journey through the fjords. These long, narrow fingers of the ocean formed over countless millenia by glacial movement. They may look like clear mountain lakes, but these narrow inlets are actually offshoots of the sea. They are slowly-formed canyons, surrounded by steep cliffs and filled with ocean water, that jut deep into the Norwegian interior.

Day 9

Bergen, Norway (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Despite being Norway’s second largest city, the UNESCO World Heritage City of Bergen boasts a wonderful small-town atmosphere. Once the center of the Hanseatic League's trading empire, the city is full of history and its own modern flair. Known as the "city of seven mountains," Bergen offers plenty for visitors to enjoy, including museums, art galleries, and restaurants serving some of the finest seafood in Norway!

Day 10

Day 11

Disembarkation Amsterdam, Netherlands (Arrives at7:00 AM)

Spend your final day in Europe enjoying a tour of The Hague. Located on the Western coast of the Netherlands is the third largest city which hosts the International Court of Justice and International Criminal Court. Start your day with a walking tour of the city center and take in the sights such as the Binnenhof, built in the 13th century. Pass by the Gothic castle, where the houses of parliament meet and the office of the Prime Minister is located. See the Noordeinde, and marvel at the architecture of what once started as a medieval farmhouse in 1533 to the Dutch royal family and is the now the King's place of work. Take in the sights of the International Peace Palace, home to the International court of Justice, The Hague Academy of International Law, and Peace Palace Library. Opened in 1913, it was originally built as home to the Permanent Court of Arbitration, a court that was created to end war by the Hague convention of 1899.
